We roast our coffee by hand on a traditional charcoal-fired roaster we brought with us from India.
Frequent, small-batch roasts mean coffee is always sold  fresh - we roast at least weekly!  
 We're locally owned and operated and purchase only the best  quality organic, fair-trade, green coffee.
